This group is for MCCs to meet and learn from each other. We will discuss challenges, coaching trends, and how to advocate for the development of the coaching professional practice worldwide.

About Cris Bolívar
Cris Bolívar, the founder and CEO of Essential Institute, has a distinguished three-decade career focused on personal, organizational, and societal transformations.
In 2004, Cris made history as the first Spanish individual to achieve MCC ICF certification as an Essential Coach. She also earned recognition as the inaugural Spanish Accredited Enneagram Professional with Distinction, acknowledged by the International Enneagram Association (IEA). Within the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), Cris serves as an Accredited Supervisor ESIA, guiding fellow professionals.
In the realm of organizational development, Cris operates as a seasoned Master Consultant, offering expertise and versatility as a consultant, trainer, mentor-supervisor, and internationally sought-after speaker.
