In this training program, we will cover theoretical elements and the application of the Enneagram from the perspective of Essentiality, the Essential Enneagram, and Essential Coaching as tools for self-development and, especially, for the development of others. This includes coaching exercises and practices.
The Essential Enneagram is the application of Essentiality to the Enneagram, a systemic, philosophical, psycho-spiritual, transpersonal approach with a meta-focus on wisdom and the harmonization of Being.
It is a symbol and a system that reveals the nature of the human being.
Furthermore, it brings great power to coaching, facilitating deeper and more sustainable transformation processes oriented toward the development of Being.
It is a source of knowledge for personal, organizational, and social transformation. It fosters the development of spirituality, consciousness, and wisdom through the Enneagram.
