At Essential Institute we have been working for almost 30 years on developing organisations geared toward the in-depth development of potential and talent through coaching, training and consulting.
Point of departure
Organisations face new challenges and must post results in both the short and medium term. These goals sometimes seem incompatible and trigger environments of stress, stringency and exhaustion leading to disharmony, conflict and poor results.
Organisations, however, need to obtain meta-results, results never before achieved.
To do so, they need to be more aware, intuitive, wise and flexible — they need to be in touch with their potential.
They need leaders, teams and managers connected with their wisdom, strongly committed to their organisational mission, in contact with their talent and aware of how to develop others’ potential. It needs organisations and professionals who transcend their egos and decide and make in connection with their wisdom.
In Essential Institute works to the development of the organisational wisdom … to To make wise managers, liders and teams possible … organisations more sustainable, healthy, meaningful, generating well-being and future.
Wisdom understood as the integration of potential, when there is a synthesis between analytical knowledge (left hemisphere) and holistic-experimental knowledge (right hemisphere), mixing the affective, personal and cognitive field. This synthesis would represent an integration of the entire cerebral cortex, especially in the prefrontal and vertex areas (where high executive, meta-executive, and knowledge processes occur), occurs in the corpus callosum. Therefore wisdom is the fruit of true holistic and complete knowledge.
